FAQs

Where do you deliver?

We are located in the Columbus, Ohio area and deliver locally. However, we do love to travel and can easily be enticed, if the project is right. Delivery fees are based on location and type of creation. For simple arrangements delivery fees start at $15 and up. For larger creations, that may require a van, delivery starts at $50 and up.

How soon should I place my order?

We book up quick, so the sooner we can get your project on our calendar the better. This also helps ensure that we have the right products in stock for your project. Booking is only official once a 50% deposit has been made on your project, with the additional 50% due 7 days before the project date. Orders made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a rush fee.

How long do the balloons last?

Unfortunately, balloons are very organic creatures and we cannot guarantee their lifetime.

Indoor Balloons have been known to last up to a week or longer depending on the atmosphere they are in.

Outdoor Balloons are meant to last the day. However, some have lasted for 2-4 days depending on weather.

What type of payment do you take?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal (including credit cards, which are subject to a 3% processing fee).

Is your work eco-friendly?

We love our earth, however “it takes two to tango”. The majority of our work is either biodegradable or reusable.

We use high quality natural latex balloons that are a 100% biodegradable natural substance, and can be properly composted.

Foil balloons can always be reused, upcycled, or recycled.

Please don’t let balloons go. Our biggest worry is making sure these items are properly disposed of. Uninflated and broken balloons are choking hazards for animals and can cause them serious harm. Please don’t harm the animals, hold onto your balloons, and dispose of them properly.

Are your creations latex-free?

No one should have to suffer a life without balloons.

The sad truth is there are not currently any latex-free options for your average everyday balloon, and we use a lot of those in the work we do, especially twisted creations. So, if someone at your event has a latex allergy and is in close contact with the balloons, then they will most likely have a reaction.

We could do a foil balloon only installation, but know that foil balloons are much pricier than latex balloons, and can be very sensitive to temperature changes. So for this to work, it should be in an indoor-controlled environment.

If you are an inventor you should get on that latex-free idea!
